CAUSE: The specified port of the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) Central Control Unit cannot be connected to the specified node because the node is not generated from an altgx_reconfig megafunction.
ACTION: Use the altgx_reconfig megawizard to create a controller and feed the specified port with the controller.
