CAUSE: The Fitter disconnected the specified port of the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) Central Control Unit (CCU) because it is required to be connected to logic generated from an altgx_reconfig megafunction but it is not.
ACTION: Use the ALTGX_RECONFIG megawizard to create a controller and feed the specified port with the controller.
