ID:167080 GXB Central Management Unit (CMU) <name> is not connected to a GXB reconfig logic block, but the <name> feature requires that it must be

CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver blocks (GXB) HSSI Central Management Unit (CMU) is not connected to a GXB reconfig logic block, but the specified feature necessitates that it must be.

ACTION: Use the ALTGX megawizard to enable reconfiguration for the GXB instance, and use the ALTGX_RECONFIG megawizard to connect a reconfig controller to the GXB instance if it is not already done. If it is done, check to make sure the connections on the reconfiguration controller are well connected and not missing source.
