ID:214008 No clock rate could be inferred for <number> clock domain(s). The PowerPlay Early Power Estimator file will list these resources as having zero clock rate.

CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation file generator could not infer a clock rate for one or more clock domains. The PowerPlay Early Power Estimator file will list these resources as having zero clock rate. This reduces the possible accuracy of the estimate produced from the generated file. The following messages list clock domains that are missing clock rates.

ACTION: Assign fMAX requirements to the given clock domains and re-run the Timing Analyzer before generating the Early Power Estimator file again.
