CAUSE: The PowerPlay Early Power Estimation File generator could not infer a clock rate for the specific clock domain. The PowerPlay Early Power Estimator file will list resources in this domain as having zero clock rate. This reduces the possible accuracy of the estimate produced from the generated file.
ACTION: Assign an fMAX requirement to the given clock domain and rerun the Timing Analyzer before generating the Early Power Estimator file again.
