ID:307019 <name> <name> for memory interfaces faster than <name> MHz must be placed on the same edge of the device

CAUSE: The requirement on the memory interface needed for using macro timing parameters in the ALTMEMPHY timing analysis has been violated.

ACTION: Change the design so that the pins are placed on the same edge of the device.
