ID:307016 Memory clock n-pin <name> must be fed by a splitter from clock pin <name>

CAUSE: The requirement on the memory interface needed for using macro timing parameters in the ALTMEMPHY timing analysis has been violated.

ACTION: Change the design so that the memory clock n-pin is fed by a splitter from the specified clock pin.
