ID:307061 DLL <name> must directly feed its delayctrlout output to DQS pin <name> without intervening logic or inversions

CAUSE: The requirement on the memory interface needed for using macro timing parameters in the ALTMEMPHY timing analysis has been violated.

ACTION: Change the design so that the DLL directly feeds its delayctrlout output to the DQS pin without intervening logic or inversions.
