CAUSE: You specified options for optimizing netlists during synthesis and fitting, and you started either a SignalProbe, Incremental SignalTap or fitter ECO compilation. However, the Quartus Prime software cannot perform netlist optimizations during compilations that re-use previous fitting results incrementally.
ACTION: No netlist optimizations beyond those performed in the original compile will be performed in this compilation. If you do not want to see this message again, remove the options for optimizing netlists during synthesis and fitting before performing an incremental compilation.
