CAUSE: You attempted to optimize netlists during fitting by directing the Quartus Prime software to duplicate logic elements, and you started a compilation with Fitter Effort set to Fast Fit. See the Advanced Fitter Settings dialog. However, the Quartus Prime software cannot optimize netlists during fitting in a fast fit compilation.
ACTION: Specify that the Quartus Prime software should not optimize netlists during fitting before performing a fast fit compilation.
