CAUSE: You added the specified license server to your license setting but the Quartus Prime software cannot contact the license server, therefore the Quartus Prime software is ignoring the specified license server. However, the specified license server still appears in the License Setup page of the Options dialog box.
ACTION: Remove the license server from your settings, or inform your system administrator that the server is not responding.
