CAUSE: You reserved the specified pin assignment. However, Quartus ignored that assignment because another pin or entity exists with the same name and the same direction. This message can occur when external files are imported to create pin assignments. This message also can occur when you edit the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) outside the Quartus Prime software. Altera recommends that you do not directly edit the QSF.
ACTION: No action is required. If you want the two pins sharing the same name, delete the conflicting reserve pin assignment to stop this message. If you want the specified pin in the same location, do not reserve the specified pin.
