CAUSE: You have turned on incremental compilation and created design partitions. However, the Quartus Prime software has identified that the interface for the specified design partitions was changed during fitting. Post-fit netlists generated from this compilation will not be used for subsequent incremental compilations.
ACTION: If you want to use incremental compilation, you must restructure or delete the specified design partitions. Necessary netlist modifications occur when you leave inputs to a design partition unconnected or have conflicting assignments.
