ACTION: Delete or change the DSP Block Balancing assignment, change the conflicting setting of the DEDICATED_MULTIPLIER_CIRCUITRY parameter, or edit other megafunction parameters so that the settings do not conflict with other DSP block balancing assignments or megafunction parameters.
