CAUSE: You attempted to compile a design that contains partial reconfiguration regions. The static MSF file that is needed for static region verification cannot be located.
ACTION: No action is required if static logic verification is not needed. If you prefer to perform static logic verification, make sure that static MSF file from base revision compile exists in base revision output directory.
