CAUSE: You attempted to compile a design that contains partial reconfiguration region. The SOF file from base revision compile that is needed for static logic verification cannot be located.
ACTION: No action is required if static logic verification is not needed. If you prefer to perform static logic verification, make sure that static MSF file from base revision compile exists in base revision output directory.
