CAUSE: You requested that a previously generated Fitter netlist be used for the specified partition. However, no previous Fitter results exist. The Quartus Prime software will use the previously generated Synthesis netlist instead.
ACTION: No action is required. If this message is unexpected, check the Netlist Type property of the specified partition.
