CAUSE: You attempted to process the assignments in the specified Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf), but an internal error or an error external to the Quartus Prime software occurred, such as a loss of power or a server error.
ACTION: Check to make sure the file exists and is not corrupted. If the specified file exists and is not corrupted, you can try to process the assignments again.
