CAUSE: You added a source <file> statement to the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf), but the Quartus Prime software could not find the specified include file. The Quartus Prime software ignored the specified assignment.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to process the assignment, make sure the specified include file exists.
