CAUSE: You added the specified section name to the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf), but the Quartus Prime software does not recognize the specified section name because the name is illegal. The Quartus Prime software ignored the assignments in the specified section.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to process the assignments, change the illegal section name to a legal section name.
