CAUSE: You added a section name to the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf), but the Quartus Prime software does not recognize the section name because the name is illegal. The Quartus Prime software ignored the assignments in the section.
ACTION: If you want the Quartus Prime software to process the assignments, change the illegal section name to a legal section name.
