CAUSE: You opened a project or processed assignments and the Quartus Prime software found the specified assignment with the specified argument. The argument is not valid for the assignment, or is not valid as used in the project source files. The Quartus Prime software removed the assignment internally, and will remove it from the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) when the file is next written.
ACTION: Remove the assignment to prevent this message from appearing again, or use a legal argument.
