CAUSE: You tried to extract an attached SRAM Object File (.sof) from a SignalTap II File (.stp). However, either the SOF is corrupt, or you do not have permission to write to the SOF.
ACTION: Make sure you have permission to write to the SOF. If the STP File is corrupt, delete the attached SOF.
