CAUSE: You added the specified SRAM Object File (.sof) to the Programmer window and directed the Quartus Prime software to create a JEDEC STAPL Format File (.jam), Jam STAPL Byte Code 2.0 File (.jbc), or In System Configuration File (.isc). However, the Quartus Prime software cannot create a JAM, JBC, or ISC file because the specified SOF contains OpenCore Plus time-limited IP cores. This SOF will allow you to program an Altera device only with a download cable through the Quartus Prime Programmer.
ACTION: Replace the specified SOF with a SOF that does not contain OpenCore Plus time-limited cores.
