CAUSE: You attempted to open a project, but you did not install device support for any devices the Quartus Prime software. The Quartus Prime software cannot open a project unless you install device support for one or more devices.
ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then reinstall the Quartus Prime software to add device support. Contact Altera Applications or go to the Altera web site for more information.
