CAUSE: You attempted to define a partition for an entity that is a Quartus Prime megafunction, which is not allowed.
ACTION: No action is required. The partition is not set for the entity. If your megafunction instantiation is found in a wrapper hierarchy provided by the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager , set the wrapper hierarchy as the partition instead.
