ID:27004 Note: Three layer setting commands have been moved from the Layer Settings tab to the Tasks pane.<br>To display I/O Banks, in the Tasks pane, double-click Report All I/O Banks.<br>To display Routing Utilization, double click Report Routing Utilization.<br>To display High-speed/Low-power Tiles, double-click Report High-Speed/Low-Power Tiles.

CAUSE: You opened the Layer Setting window for the first time.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box.
