CAUSE: You attempted to open the specified revision, but the Quartus Prime software cannot find the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) for the specified revision. The Quartus Prime software cannot open the specified revision unless a QSF exists for the revision.
ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then either specify an existing revision or create a new revision. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the Quartus Prime software dialog boxes, wizards, and Tcl commands to modify settings, rather than editing the QSF and Quartus Prime Project File (.qpf) manually.
