CAUSE: The Beneficial Skew Optimization logic option in the Fitter Settings page can potentially modify the netlist, resulting in poor netlist reuse for the Rapid recompile option. The Quartus Prime software is turning off the Beneficial Skew Optimization logic option.
ACTION: No action is required.
