CAUSE: Quartus Prime incremental synthesis will synthesize the specified design partition because you modified one or more assignments that impact or potentially impact its synthesis. This behavior is only available in the deprecated incremental synthesis flow. Consider using Full incremental compilation, where assignment changes do not automatically trigger resynthesis or recompilation, giving you additional flexibility in compiling your design.
