CAUSE: You made a change either to a SignalTap II post-fitting node, or to a SignalTap II pre-synthesis node that is reserved for incremental routing, and then attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer. However, you must recompile the STP File with the current project to reroute the nodes in order to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
ACTION: Rapid Recompile the SignalTap II File (.stp) with the current project, and then re-attempt to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
