CAUSE: You made a change to the current SignalTap II File (.stp) that requires compilation, and then attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer. However, you must recompile the STP File with the current project in order to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
ACTION: Rapid Recompile the SignalTap II File (.stp) with the current project, and then re-attempt to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
