CAUSE: You made a change to the current SignalTap II File (.stp) that requires compilation, and then attempted to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer. However, you must compile the STP File with the current project in order to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
ACTION: Compile the STP File with the current project, and then re-attempt to run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.
