ID:218003 User Flash Memory block does not have user-assigned toggle rates and static probabilities. Applying an unused setting for toggle rates and dynamic probabilities results in a dynamic power of zero for the UFM.

CAUSE: The Quartus Prime PowerPlay Power Analyzer determines the power of a User Flash Memory (UFM) block based on the mode in which it is used. You have not fully specified all needed information, and so the block cannot be reliably analyzed. Because of its unique interface, the User Flash Memory will not use default rates, only specific user assigned ones.

ACTION: Enter static probabilities and toggle rates in the Assignment Editor, or generate them using a simulation.
