CAUSE: No signal activity data is required for this flow. Therefore, Signal Activity File (.saf) and Value Change Dump file settings will be ignored if they exist. You did not request a power estimate. You may have requested a design summary file for the PowerPlay Early Power Estimator. However, the Early Power Estimator spreadsheet for the target family does not import signal activity data from the design summary file.
ACTION: No action is required.
