CAUSE: This is the default behavior when LogicLock assignments conflict during import. If this is not desired, please select UPDATE_CONFLICTING or SKIP_CONFLICTING to resolve conflicting LogicLock assignments during Import.
ACTION: Change the resolution scheme for the PARTITION_IMPORT_EXISTING_LOGICLOCK_REGIONS assignment if the current behavior is not desired.
