CAUSE: A disabled partition is detected. The partition will not be displayed in the user interface and it will be ignored by the Compiler.
ACTION: To enable the partition, go to the Assignment Editor and turn on the "Enabled" property of the associated PARTITION_HIERARCHY assignment.
