CAUSE: You ran the Compiler to generate an HSPICE Output File (.sp) for board-level signal integrity verification of Altera devices with other EDA tools. However, the .sp files are based on preliminary characterization data.
ACTION: For the latest HSPICE models, go to the SPICE Models for Altera Devices section at Altera web site.
