CAUSE: You set the FYGR_TORNADO_USE_OLD_DQS_DELAY variable to ON in the quartus.ini file so that the Quartus Prime software uses the DQS Delay setting from Quartus Prime software version 3.0 for the specified DQS I/O pin.
ACTION: No action is required. If you require a different setting, remove the FYGR_TORNADO_USE_OLD_DQS_DELAY variable or set the value to OFF in the quartus.ini file.
