ID:186146 Dedicated GXB reference clock input pin "<name>" at <name> with I/O standard <name> requires use of AC coupling capacitors

CAUSE: The specified dedicated gigabit transceiver block (GXB) reference clock input pin is assigned an I/O standard other than the specified I/O standard. The pin requires the use of AC coupling capacitors.

ACTION: No action is required.
