ID:186284 Enhanced PLL "<name>" uses SCANDATA input port - Fitter will preserve the order of its clock output ports

CAUSE: The specified enhanced PLL uses the SCANDATA input port. To preserve the scanning order, the Fitter will not rotate the clock output ports of the PLL, but will preserve their order.

ACTION: No action is required.
