ID:186539 The Fitter did not insert a delay cell to improve timing for the following DDIO groups because the clock inputs feeding the DDIO input registers are not global

CAUSE: The Fitter will insert a delay cell to improve timing for the DDIO group only if the clock inputs feeding the DDIO input registers are global.

ACTION: Make sure the clocks feeding the DDIO registers are global.
