CAUSE: The total number of resources of the specified type are required for a particular regional or dual-regional clock region on the device that can use regional or dual-regional clocks. Refer to the message that precedes this message in the Messages window or in the Messages section of the Report window for more information on the region on which the Fitter is reporting.
ACTION: Reduce the number of resources required by the region, or use global clocks instead.
