CAUSE: You did not specify a device for device migration. Differences in device features may make it difficult to migrate the design to a different device in a compatible package later. These feature differences include I/O pins that may not be bonded on all devices, and differences in the number and location of dedicated LVDS SERDES blocks and DQS I/Os.
ACTION: Refer to the submessage(s) in the Messages window to determine which devices are compatible for device migration. If you intend to use device migration, specify a device for device migration. Otherwise, no action is required. If you specify a device for device migration, the Quartus Prime software ensures that it selects a pin-out that is compatible with all the migration devices.
