CAUSE: The use_high_voltage_compare parameter should be set to "true" for 3.3-V and 2.5-V VCCIO, and "false" for 1.8-V and 1.5-V VCCIO. The specified on-chip termination (OCT) Control Block drives pins with an incompatible VCCIO for its use_high_voltage_compare parameter. Quartus has automatically changed the parameter to the correct value. This message can occur if you change the I/O standards of pins, or if you change the use_high_voltage_compare parameter of the OCT control block.
ACTION: No action is necessary.
