CAUSE: The Fitter cannot split the carry chain of the specified number of logic cells that starts on the specified logic cell into legal LABs. As a result, the Fitter will insert carry feedthrough logic cells into the chain.
ACTION: Modify the design if there are conflicting location assignments on the chain. If the carry chain is registered, verify that there are not an excessive number of register control signals on the chain.
