CAUSE: Click the + icon to expand the list of cells that have been constrained to lie within this region of the device. Most of the logic cells in this list are constrained to lie within the region by user location assignments. Logic cells that are part of a carry or cascade chain in which some logic cells have location assignments will also appear in this list, because they are implicitly constrained to the region as well. Some logic cells that do not have user locations assignments can be constrained to lie in a region by the Fitter, in order to satisfy hardware constraints or very tight timing constraints in the selected device. The number of such automatic Fitter assignments is typically small.
ACTION: If this region cannot accommodate all of the logic cells within it, remove the location assignments on some or all of the logic cells.
