CAUSE: The Fitter did not reserve the specificed dual-purpose pin because the specified pin is not supported in current configuration scheme.
ACTION: Go to the Dual-Purpose Pins tab of the Device and Pins Options dialog box and set the specified pin to use as a regular I/O pin.
