CAUSE: You assigned an I/O standard to the specified pin that limits the total static current of single-ended output and/or bi-directional pin(s) allowed in the I/O bank.
ACTION: Reassign some of the single-ended output and/or bidirectional pins to reduce the current density, or remove the limit by reassigning the specified pin to a different I/O bank.
