CAUSE: You turned on the Enable CONFIG_SEL pin option in user mode. However, the configuration mode selected is not using the functionality of this pin. You may turn this off if you need this pin as User I/O, but make sure that the board is correctly design for the User I/O usage.
ACTION: Disable CONFIG_SEL pin for the target device. Go to the General tab of the Device and Pins Options dialog box and unchecked the Enable CONFIG_SEL pin option.
